At NOON Ingram, we are committed to providing affordable housing options in Richmond, VA. To ensure our residents meet the necessary income guidelines, we adhere to the following Area Median Income (AMI) limits, as defined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).



Required Application Documents

To apply for residency at NOON Ingram, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

  • Valid Identification: Two forms of ID are required, such as a driver's license, Social Security card, or birth certificate.

  • Proof of Income:

    • Employment: Recent pay stubs (last 2 pay periods).

    • Self-Employment: Most recent tax return.

    • Social Security: Current award letter.

    • Retirement: Proof of monthly retirement income.

  • Rental History: Contact information for previous landlords.

  • Credit and Background Check: Authorization to conduct necessary checks,

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of $40 per applicant.

  1. Review Income Limits: Ensure your household's income aligns with the appropriate AMI category.

  2. Gather Documents: Collect all required identification and financial documents.

  3. Submit Application: Complete the application form and submit it along with the necessary documents and application fee.

  4. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your application and notify you of the decision.
